Course & Lessons
Q1: I don’t speak Japanese. Can I still learn?
Yes. We support Chinese-speaking learners. We explain rules, exam points, and common deductions in Chinese. We also practice examiner commands so you can understand them in the real test.
Q2: Are lessons 1-on-1?
We use a fully 1-on-1 reservation system—one student, one car, one instructor, every time (no shared lessons).
This lets us adjust the pace and focus based on your progress, and it’s also better for students who get nervous easily.
Q3: I already have decent driving skills. Do I still need many lessons?
Not necessarily. For experienced learners, we’ll do a quick assessment first. If you’re doing well, you may need fewer hours and focus mainly on Japanese exam rules and common point deductions.
Q4: Can I book only a few “on-road practice” sessions without taking a full course?
Yes. If you’re an experienced driver, newly licensed in Japan, or you want practice for a specific route (e.g., commuting / school drop-off & pick-up), you can book on-road practice by the hour—no full package required.
Fees & Payment:
Q5: Will fees increase later?
No. We confirm course, hours, total, and validity in writing. Fees don’t change within the validity period. Extra hours are added only with your agreement.
Q6: Can I pay in installments?
It depends on the total and your situation. We try to keep payment flexible—tell us your needs during consultation.
Q7: Are license-center fees included?
Usually no. Tuition covers training only. License-center fees, photos, residence records, translations, etc. are paid separately. We’ll list expected extra costs at enrollment.
Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
Available: Japan bank transfer, PayPay, Alipay QR (some cases), or cash at the Kita-Urawa office. Options may vary by course/campaign—confirmed at registration.
Exams & Safety:
Q9: How long does it take to get a license?
It depends on lesson slots, your schedule, and exam results. Some finish in a few months; others take longer. We’ll draft a rough timeline based on your target date.
Q10: What if I fail the exam?
It’s very common to pass after one, two, or even more attempts. The key is identifying why points were deducted each time. We’ll review the examiner’s feedback together, adjust the focus for your next practice, and your chances will improve with consistent training.
Q11: How do you ensure safety?
Training cars have instructor brakes, and an instructor is with you at all times. We increase difficulty step by step, not all at once. Practice with confidence.
Q12: What if I need to pause lessons?
We can adjust your plan based on validity and remaining hours. Contact us early so we can arrange the best option.
Didn’t find what you need?
